Do you ship worldwide?
Thanks to brexit & customs logistics. we're currently shipping strictly within the UK.
How can I pay for my order?
Payments can be made using our secure checkout powered by Stripe.
When will I get my stuff?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days of receiving payment, using Royal Mail / Parcel Force service.
RETURNS
Can I send my order back if I'm not happy?
If any string packets have been unopened, you can return them for a refund, however, opened packets that are unsatisfactory are only redeemable for store credit in some cases.
I've not received my order, can I have a refund?
We've never had an order lost in over 10 years! All orders are sent with tracking so in the rare event an item doesn't arrive or comes back to us, we will of course refund the payment in full.

Why does the same string keeps breaking in all my packets?
In no way do we deny that we receive some strings with a loose ball end, however, using the strings ourselves, we've never had them breaking consistently as some have reported. Our best advice is to get in touch if you have a couple of strings break so we can try to help!
